Pathak Restro was founded in 2010 by the Pathak family with a singular belief — that food is the most powerful form of storytelling. What began as a modest kitchen serving neighbourhood guests has grown into one of Bhopal's most cherished dining destinations.
Our founder, inspired by his grandmother's kitchen in Rajasthan, wanted to preserve the art of slow-cooked, spice-forward Indian cooking at a time when shortcuts had become the norm. Every recipe on our menu carries a history — some handed down through four generations, others discovered in travels across India's diverse culinary landscape.
