01Standard Reservations (1–5 Guests)
We kindly request at least 4 hours' notice for cancellations of standard reservations. This helps us plan our kitchen and service team efficiently and accommodate other guests.
No charges apply for cancellations made within this notice period. You are welcome to reschedule your reservation at no cost, subject to availability.
02Large Group Reservations (6+ Guests)
For groups of 6 or more guests, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Large group bookings require dedicated preparation of space, staff, and kitchen resources.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows for large groups may attract a nominal fee of ₹150 per head. This charge, if applicable, will always be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking — you will never be charged without prior notice.
03Private Dining & Special Events
Private dining experiences, corporate events, birthday celebrations, and other special function bookings may require a booking deposit. The deposit amount and specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
General guidelines for event bookings:
- More than 72 hours before event: Full deposit refund
- 24–72 hours before event: 50% of deposit forfeited
- Less than 24 hours before event: 100% of deposit forfeited
- No-show on the event day: 100% of deposit forfeited + applicable food pre-orders
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if circumstances change — we will always try to work with you fairly.
04No-Shows
A no-show occurs when a confirmed reservation holder does not arrive and does not notify us in advance. We ask for your courtesy in informing us as early as possible if you cannot make it.
Repeated no-shows without notice may affect our ability to accept future reservations from the same contact. We hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes past the booked time before releasing the booking.

We will send a confirmation of your cancellation within 1 hour during operating hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 10 PM).
