01Reservations
Reservations at Pathak Restro are subject to availability and are confirmed only after acknowledgment by our team via phone or email. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.
We reserve the right to allocate tables at our discretion. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance requiring us to cancel a confirmed booking, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or time.
02Arrival Policy
We hold reserved tables for a maximum of 15 minutes past the booked time. After this period, the table may be released to walk-in guests or other reservations.
If you are running late, please call us at +91 755 400 1234 as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
03Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellations for standard reservations (1–5 guests) must be made at least 4 hours before the reservation time. No charges apply for timely cancellations.
For group reservations of 6 or more guests, at least 24 hours notice is required. No-shows or same-day cancellations for large groups may attract a nominal per-head fee of ₹150, which will be communicated at time of booking.

04Dietary Requirements & Allergies
We take dietary requirements and food allergies very seriously. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, our kitchen does handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish.
We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of all allergies and dietary requirements at the time of booking and again when you arrive. Guests with severe allergies dine at their own risk.

05Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises without prior written consent from management. This includes celebratory cakes brought from outside bakeries — please contact us in advance and we will advise accordingly.
Our menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice based on seasonal produce and sourcing. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST.
We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol in accordance with applicable law.
06Conduct on Premises
Pathak Restro is a family-friendly establishment. We reserve the right to refuse service to, or ask to leave, any individual whose behaviour is deemed disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful to staff or other guests.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the premises. A designated area may be available outside.
07Photography & Media
Personal photography for non-commercial, personal use is welcome. We encourage guests to share their experiences on social media and tag us.
Commercial photography, video recording, or media coverage of our premises, food, or staff requires prior written consent from the management. Please email us at hello@pathakrestro.in for enquiries.
08Lost Property
Pathak Restro is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. Items found on the premises will be held for a period of 30 days. Please contact us to claim lost items.
09Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathak Restro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or visit to our premises.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the meal(s) consumed during the relevant visit.
10Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be published on our website at pathakrestro.in/terms.html. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
